Collective Security I& Labour's Aim MR. ATTLEE FOB BERLIN Rec. 1 p.m. • LONDON, June 22. Mr Attlee, leader of the Labour party, will attend the Big Three Conference in Berlin, and will represent Labour's viewpoint and that of the nation, said Mr. Ernestißevin in a broadcast. He added: "The foreign policy that is being pursued at-this moment was devised by combined effort and is based on collective security, for which Labour has always stood. As long as that object, is vigorously pursued Labour wil| find an opportunity,: of co-operating '-vrall. all other parties, In' order that it can be not only worked out nv: the form of an organisation or treaty, but applied by the nation as a whole." __
