CEMENT CARGO DELAYED
O.C. WHANG ARE I, this day. The time table of the Northern Shipping Company's Ranginui has been thrown out of gear by a holdup at Portland, where she arrived yesterday to load cement urgently required at Auckland. Labour for loading operations was not available yesterday and last night. The ship was being loaded to-day, but will be a day late in sailing for Auckland.
