Four Wrecked In Super Fortress Raid
AIRCRAFT WORKS DESTROYED
Rec. 10 a.m. GUAM, May 18. Super Fortresses wrecked four o£ the biggest oil supply plants in their attacks on southern Japan on May 10 says the United Press correspondent The Otake refinery on southern Honshu is listed as out of operation.
On Oshima Island 60 of the 65 storage tanks were destroyed. Extensive damage was reported to the Tokuyama naval fuel station and the adjoining Tokuyama synthetic fuel factory The latter is the chief source for army planes.
