DUKE OF WINDSOR
NASSAU, April 30. The Duke of Windsor said farewell to the people of the Bahamas in a three-minule broadcast. He assured them they had not seen "the last of us," and described the departure as closing an interesting and happy chapter of his life. The Duke and Duchess ended the broadcast together with the words "Au revoir."
