A number of undefended divorce petitions were heard by Mr. Justice Callan and Mr. Justice Cornish yesterday. - —■■ •« • Petitioning for divorce from Norman Leonard Frank Taylor on account of his misconduct, Rosalie Mary Taylor (Mr. G. Skelton) said...'they were married in December, 1931. In July, 1942, her husband was employed by a bus company and regu larly did not come hom-'on several nights in the week, stating that he was unable to get home from the terminal on late runs. Witness heard something and then her husDand admi'ted he had b"en living a double life. He.'hen tromiscd to give the other woman up. Sometime- later a woman called on her, told her she loved Taylor and asked witness to give him a separation. Witness declined, and Taylor, who was there at the time, promised to break off relations with the woman. Only two or three days later, however, he missed coming home at nights, and witness surprised him and the other, woman at a flat in Mission Bay. l She then declined to have anything more to do with him. A decree nisi was granted. Other decrees granted on the ground of respondent's adultery were Herbert Monkley (Mr. Dickson) v. Winifred Gladys Agnes Monkley; William Alfred Harvey (Mr. Goldstine) v. On the ground of separation for more than three years decrees were granted in the following eases: Mary Isabella Parkinson (Mr. Henry) v. Edmund Ivan Parkinson; Kathleen Francis Mountain (Mr. Cleal) v. Herbert Howeth Mountain; Stanley Holm Biss (Mr. Wheaton) v. Alison Marie Biss; Phyllis In a Bates (Mr. Wheaton) v. William Edward Bates; Alice Eliot Ross (Mr. Wallace) v. Malcolm Trevor Ross. On' the ground of failure to comply with orders directing restitution of conjugal rights, decrees were granted as under: Joseph Ernest West (Mr. Aekins) v. Joyce - Charlotte West; Elinor Doreen Barlow (fir. Fleming) v. Arthur Tangitu Barlow; Bernard--Ernest -Parker (Mr. Wallace) v. Valerie Terese Parker; and Vera Doris May Fergussori (Mr. Wallace) v. John Dickson Fergusson. " Decrees were granted by Mr. Justice Cornish- on the ground of separation for more than three years as follows: Irene May Hunt (Mr, Dickson) v. Francis Keith Hunt; Mary Lilian Garlick (Mr. Dickson) v. Richard Garlick; Emily Maud McMahon (Mr. Dickson) v. Terence Edric McMahon. On the ground of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights: Melvyn Stanley Lewis v. Eliza-beth-Olive. Carpenter; Margaret Muriel Gates! Macßeth (Mr.; Dickson) v.
