THREE-YEAR-OLD WINNERS
Mr. J. A. Hennah, who breeds and trains the horses which carry his colours, scored a double at Hastings on Saturday with the Bulandshar three-year-olds, Indian Sky and Indian Gold. The first-named is from Fondle, a half-sister by Leighton to Cuddle; and Indian Gold is from Jaquette. by Magpie from Kaahumanu. Neither lias done much racing. Indian Sky dKI i.ul appear till this season, and his six starts before Saturday had furnished a win and a third. Indian Gold had one start as a two-year-old and six this season, and he also had a win to his credit. The class they met at Hastings was not strong, but thev won well, specially Indian Gold, which cleared out from the field in the Hack Cup to score by a big margin. It is the owner's intention to educate both horses to jumping early in their careers, though they may not be raced in this branch for some time.
