TO ATTEND FUNERAL

N.Z.P.A. and British Wireless ! Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, April 13. ;; The Earl of Athlone will represent His Majesty at President Roosevelt s funeral. The Ministers who are to. represent Britain at the funeral of Mr. Roosevelt will be led by Mr. Eden, !who was to have gone next week on his way to San Francisco where, with Mr. Attlee, he was leading the tJnited Kingdom delegation. _It is understood Mr. Attlee and a Junior Minister who are members of the delegation will remain in London Sntil after the debate in the House of .Commons on plans for the conference. This debate is to take place ;on Tuesday. Already in America are Mr. Oliver Lyttelton and Colonel Llewellyn, and these two Ministers, together with Lord Halifax and Mr. Ben Smith, Minister resident in Washington for Supply, are expected to be present at the funeral.
