RUGBY
UNIVERSITY CLUB.—The Auckland University Football Club held its aimual meeting last night, when about 60 members and intending members were present. Tributes were paid to the fine services rendered to the club by Professor A. J. Bartrum during his term as president. Unfortunately Professor Bartrum was not seeking reelection owing to health reasons, and members of the club expressed their appreciation of the work he had done and entertained the hope that he would make a speedy recovery. The election of officers resulted:—President, Mr. W. G. Boswell; club captain. Mr. L. S. Drake; secretarytreasurer, Mr. K. W. Greville; assistant secretarytreasurer, Mr. C. J. Roberts; hon. auditors, Mr. L. O. Desborough. Executive committee, Messrs. Grace. Sinel. Pyatt, Hellaby, Craig, White, Tanner, Stevens; delegate to junior management board, Mr. Donne; delegate to N.Z. University, Captain R. J. Thomas; delegates to Auckland Rugby Union, Messrs. Drake, Colgan and BoswelL
