P.A. WELLINGTON, this day. Flying-Officer Geofrey Forbes Bale has received an immediate award of the Distinguished Flying Cross, according to advice received from London by the Air Department. He is a son of Mrs. L. E. Bale, 342, College Street, Palmerston North.
