YUGOSLAV REGENCY

King Peter Nominates Four Members GENERAL SIMOVICH NAMED Rec. 1.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 2. King Peter of Yugoslavia has nominated as members of the Regency Council General Dusan Simovich, who led the revolt against the pro-Nazi Government in Belgrade in 1941 and formed the free Yugoslav Government in Cairo, after his country was overrun by the Axis, and Dr. Julian Sutej, leader of the Croat Peasant party and a member of Dr. Subasic's Government, and Dushan Sernec, former Governor of Slovenia.

The Daily Telegraph diplomatic correspondent, in reporting this, adds: "These names have to be forwarded to Marshal Tito, who, in view of their records, is not likely to disapprove."
