SEASIDE HOLIDAY

PORT WAIKATO CAMP CHILDREN FROM HAMILTON O.C. HAMILTON, this day. With the promise of fine weather for a seaside holiday, a party of 150 children left for Port Waikato to-day to attend the annual holiday camp conducted by the Waikato Children's Camp League. One party left Frankton by train at 9.30 o'clock this morning, and the remainder by the Tane-at-ua express this afternoon. The children are to travel by train to Tuakau, transferring there to buses for the trip to Port Waikato. The morning party is accompanied by Mrs. H. C. Ross and Mrs. W. H. Paul, as well as a party of young people who will act as prefects at the camp. A second camp will be held, the change-over taking place on January 12. The second contingent of children will be in camp until January 30.
