Six Equipped By Allies For

Service LIBERATION OF XATIVE LAXD Rec. 1 p.m. ROME, Dec. 27. The Italian Government spokesman, revealing that the Allies had equipped six Italian divisions, said the Government would like to make a larger contribution to the liberation cf Italian soil. The Government wanted to begin the formation of units entirely composed of volunteers. This would "encourage enrolment of Partisans, but Allied permission would be necessary.
