Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Telford Avenue, at 9 a.m. on Saturday, prior to interment at Walkumete Cemetery. W. Bowes (Auckland), Marten Bowes (Wanganui). and loving father-in-law of Marjorie: aged 69 years. La.re member of Municipal and First Auckland Regimental Bands. A service will be held at Watney gibun and Son's Chapel, Khyber Pass, Newmarket, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, - the funeral then leaving for Walfcumete Cemetery. The funeral will leave his late residence. Mokoia Road. Birkenhead, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, for the Blrkenhead Public Cemetery. WAED.—On December 7, 1944, at the Green Lane Hospital, Walter John, dearly loved son of W. J. and I. Ward, and loved brother of Gerald, 49, Tautari Street, Orakel; aged 26 years. Late P. and T. employee. A brave and patient sufferer at rest. A service will be held at Watney Sibun and Sons' Chapel. Khyber Pass. Newmrrket, at 2 p.m. to-morrow (Friday), the funeral then leaving for Waikumete Crematorium. No flowers. WOKTHINGTS>N.—On December 7. 1944, at his residence, 56, View Road. Mount Eden. Moses, beloved husband of Mary Worthineton, and father of Hector, Leonard and Mona Hoekln (Brighton, England). Funeral will leave the abovo address to-morrow (Friday) at 10.45 a.m., arriving at Anglican Cemetery, Maungaturoto at 2.30 p.m.
