Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 29. Reuters Rome correspondent reports that Prince Umberto, Lieu-tenant-General of the Realm, has asked Signor Bonomi to form a new Government after receiving representatives of the Monarchist parties and movements not belonging to the six-party coalition.
