REHABILITATION PROBLEM
Rehabilitation was discussed at a meeting of the newly incorporated Franklin branch of the New Zealand Home Servicemen's Association. The opinion was expressed that the true spirit of rehabilitation, as visualised when the Rehabilitation Act was framed and discussed, was not being observed. A delegation was appointed to meet the executive of the R.S.A. with a view to making a joint statement.
