Undefended divorce petitions were heard before Mr. Justice Fair yesterday afternoon. Lionel Oswald AVrathall; Annie Elizabeth Arns (Mr. Elwarth), v. Frederick Clifford Arns; Leslie Edward Williamson (Mr. Elwarth), v. Annie Catherine Williamson; Marjorie Alice Mephan (Mr. G. Skelton), v. Harry Vincent Mephan (Mr. Sullivan). Decrees granted on the ground of respondent's failure to comply with orders for restitution of conjugal rights were:— Marjorie Rosina Brunton (Mr. I. Simson), v. Kenneth Leslie Brunton; Graham Mervyn Simpson (Mr. C. A. Snedden), v. Kathleen Linda Simpson (Mr. Hubble); James Smith Leslie Johnston (Mr. Elwarth),, v. Alice Johnston. . On the ground of respondent's adultery decrees were granted in the petitions: Robert John Lloyd Miller (Mr. C. A. Snedden), v. Kathleen Theresa Miller and Douglas George Emirali; Florence Marjorie Bateson (Mr. Elwarth), v. Harold Cameron Bateson; Olga Luxford (Mr. Sullivan), v. William Jack Luxford. On a petition by Wilfred James Andrew (Mr. Elwarth) for divorce from Mary Jane Andrew on the ground of desertion by the wife, who went to England on a holiday in 1925 and had not since returned, or since December of that year corresponded with her husband, a decree nisi was granted. Restitution Petitions Petitions for the restitution of conjugal rights granted by Mr. Justice Northcroft yesterday were:—Arthur William Benjamin Berryman (Mr. Sullivan), v.
