British And U.S. Planes Drop Arms And Supplies
HOME ARMY IN ACTION AGAIN
Rec. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY. Sept. 12. British anrl American . planes, flying from Italian bases, reached Warsaw on Sunday night and dropped arms and supplies, according to news reaching London from Warsaw. General Bor issued a communique stating that in general there where no material changes in the situation. Hard street fighting for every house continues in the centre of the city. Warsaw broadcasting station which is on the air again and was picked up in London on Monday night, savs the Second Division of the Polish Home Army went into action against the rear of the German armies. In Cracow Province, units of this division smashed six enemy motorised columns and blew up a railway bridge and several road bridges.
