Remaining Germans Disarmed Or Interned RUSSIAN ENTRY UNCONFIRMED Rec. 11.30 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 7. Sofia radio has announced that there are no longer any German troops in Bulgaria. Those who remained after the deadline were disarmed and interned. There is no confirmation of the report by the German-controlled Oslo radio that the Russians have started to march into Bulgaria. Reuters Moscow correspondent says the Red Army has piled up huge reserves of tanks, guns and men along the Bulgarian frontier. The Russians, according to the German news agency, have entered Bulgaria at three points, and advanced elements are reported to have crossed Bulgaria and reached Demotika, in Thrace, but this is not confirmed from any other source. The Bulgarian situation is still somewhat obscure, says British Official Wireless. There is no authentic information about armistice meetings but there seems to be no doubt that Bulgaria has declared on Gecrnan>j» . „ .
