ON 'CHANGE DRAGGING MARKET There .was again a dull tone on the Auckland Stock Exchange to-day, and in the morning activity was confined to the transfer of several parcels of Government stock, mostly on an easier basis. Banks were steady, with moderate support, but the insurance section remained weak, with bids reduced or withdrawn. Australian shares were generally firm.
