UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
Seven undefended divorcepetitions were heard by Mr. Justice Blair yesterday afternoon. Decrees granted on the ground of failure to comply with orders directing the restitution of conjugal rights were:—• Daphne Joyce McDonald (Mr. Dickson) v. Allah Alexander McDonaldr Arthur Verne Tebbutt (Mr. Dickson) v. Natalia Tebbutt; Ernest Grondin (Mr. Dickson) v r -Phyllis- Greta Grondin; Albert - Edward Braund (Mr. Dickson) v. Elizabeth Iris Braund. On the ground of separation for more than three years decrees-were granted in the petitions:—Myra Gwendoline Ireson York;, (Mr-. Quartley) v. Allan Howard York; Marjorie Hazel Scott (Mr. Dickson) y. Cecil Joseph Scott: Bebe Noward Brown (Mr. Dickson) v. Thomas Brown.
