UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
Several undefended petitions for divorce were heard before Mr. Justice Callan to-day. Decrees granted on the ground of separation were: William Magnes Peterson (Mr. Nutsford), v. Marjorie Spence Peterson; Florence Jean McKenzie (Mr. Schramm), v. Norman Graeme McKevzie (Mr. Hubble); Mabel Gladys Corson (Mr. Henry) v. Ronald Waters Corson (Mr. Haigh). A decree nisi was granted to Andrew Howell (Mr. Leonard) against Rachel Howell, on the grouijd of her adultery with Wepiha Ruwhiu. Restitution Petitions Petitions for decrees directing restitution of conjugal rights by respondents were granted as follows: Kenneth Pragnell (Mr. Hooper) v. Annie Adams Pragnell (28 days being allowed for compliance); Mavis Kenny Foley (Mr. Schramm), v. Edward Frederick Foley (three months being allowed for compliance).
