MILITARY DEFAULTERS
ATTITUDE OF R.S.A. COUNCIL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The conference of the R.S.A. Dominion Council, .with two dissentients, adopted the' following South Taranaki remit: '"That all persons adjudged to be military defaulters be barred from employment in Government Departments, or in any institutions or concerns maintained by the funds of the taxpayers, and be deprived of civil rights, both for ten years from the end of the war."
