= 11

LONDON, Jun<'

The French Radical and RadicalSocialist party held its first national congress yesterday and to-day with representatives from Paris and other departments, says an Algiers message. Many of the representatives are members of resistance groups. The congress unanimously expelled from the party M. Chautemps, who was twice Premier of France, and M.
