£2240 OF TRUST MONEYS THREE YEARS' DETENTION (P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Lan William Barton Roy, solicitor, who pleaded guilty to 17 charges of theft of trust moneys amounting to £2240 was sentenced by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court to-day to reformative detention for three years on each charge, the sentences to be concurrent.
