CRITICALLY HURT
UNIDENTIFIED CYCLIST A man, who is as yet unidentified, was taken to hospital in a critical condition after his cycle collided with a bus at about 1.15 this afternoon. Apparently in his thirties and wearing working clothes, the man was cycling down Symonds Street towards the city, when he collided with a Passenger Transport Bus travelling in the same direction. He was taken by St. John ambulance to the Auckland Public Hospital and admitted with a fractured base of the skull.
