OBITUARY
MR. J. C. TIMS
The death has occurred of Mr. John Chamberlain Tims, aged 78, of Avondale Road. He came to New Zealand at the age of 16 in the vessel Laciv Jocelyn, and after farming for a number of years at Tauranga returned to England in 1891. He latei came back to New Zealand, and resided at Avondale for the last years. He is survived by his wife.
