WIFE'S APPEAL SUCCEEDS

An appeal by Mrs. Violet Johnson (Mr. Spring) against a decision by a magistrate declining to make an order of separation and maintenance against her husband, Cornelius William Johnson (Mr. Hogben) was heard by Mr. Justice Johnston today by way of rehearing of the evidence.
