Here are two things to remember: (1) Keep away from other people as much as possible. (2) Always cover the mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing. You can only dodge colds by keeping away from, those who have colds. Colds are spread by a highly infectious virus. Every unguarded cough or sneeze sprays the air with thousands of these germs. Thev may be ejected as far as 12ft in a hearty sneeze. The cold virus can pave the way for secondary infection that is its danger.
