The final of the Tauranga bowling tournament this morning between Young, Buckley, Carroll and Stewart (Matamata) and Sykes, Rule, Carson and Gardiner (Otahuhu), was won by Stewart 20 18. Gardiner soon established a lead, wh'ch he held to the nineteenth head, when Stewart took live to lead by three. a - diner added three on the twentieth to even the score, but Stewart scored two I on the final head to win.
