Russian Government Replaces "Internationale" HYMN OF THE SOVIET UNIONS Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 21. The Russian Government has decided to replace the text of the "Internationale" with new words m accordance with itre spirit ana essence of the Soviet order, says Moscow racio. Tiie present anthem does not reflect basic changes wmen have occurred in Russia as a result of the victory of the Soviet order. The new'anthem, which will be called "Hymn of the Soviet Unions, will be adopted officially thtt> ug hout the Soviet Union on March 15. one verse couples the name of L en "J and Stalin. The "^ rna }'P was composed in 1874 and was adopted as the anthem of the inter national Socialist Movement towaiu the end of the last century. The anthem, for which new music has been composed, consists ofUiiee verses, each followed by the refrain. The first verse runs: Indestructible Union of Free Republics, For ever united by Great Russia, Long live the unique and powerful Soviet Union, , , ~, Created by the people s win. . The refrain runs:Glory to our free Fatherland, . { Trusty rampart of the peopJe'* f«er dsmp, The Soviet banner the people's banner, May it lead from victory to victory-
