DERRICK, D.C.M., of Adelaide, led a South Australian unit, the first to enter Satelberg, on the Huon Peninsula in New Guinea. ■ After the decision to withdraw, Sergeant Derrick secured permission to launch a final attack in failing light up a steep slope.
