AIR TRAINING CORPS
.NO.. 3 SQUADRON DANCE Over 360 guests were present at a dance to celebrate the completion of the year.'s training for No. 3 Squadron of the Auckland Wing of the Air Training Corps. The function was held at the Symondsville dancing studio. The nan was decorated with many models oi aircraft, and the Union Jack and Stars ana Stripes were also prpminently displayeci. The guests were received by the ollicer commanding No. 3 Squadron, FligntLieutenant T. Lanigan, and Mrs. Lamgan. Each officer was later presented wI J-n a pair of gold wings in appreciation or his services to the squadron. * "Snj;" Lieutenant Lanigan thanked the committee, which consisted entirely of eadets of No. 3 squadron;: for' its'.work, in organising the function.
