MR. FRASER IMPROVING
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, who for the past 10 days had been back in hospital, returned home to-day. At a State luncheon in honour of members "of the Canadian Press delegation the deputy-Prime Minister. Mr. Nash, said Mr. Fraser had had to go into hospital again for the removal of a small abscess. He had now come out of hospital and was well on the mend-
