WIFE'S INFIDELITY

Murray Lloyd Carswell, a naval rating (Mr. Schramm) petitioned before Mr. Justice Fair to-day for divorce from his wife, Audrey Estelle Carswell,. on the ground of her adultery with Joseph Lynn Walter. Petitioner said they were married in December, 1942, and lived at Heme Bay. He went on service overseas in February, 1943. When he returned home in July he became suspicious as the result of a letter he found, and when taxed with misconduct his wife admitted it. After having heard evidence from a witness, who testified that the co-re-spondent had stayed all night in the same room as respondent, his Honor granted a decree nisi.
