MOTORISTS' WARNING

(0.C.) HAMILTON, this day. It was stated in a report presented at' the annual meeting of Waikato members of the Automobile Association (Auckland), last night that a considerable slackening in the care and behaviour of motorists, cyclists and other road users had been noted. Members were enjoined to watch their road behaviour against the day when peacetime motoring would return with its increased danger The meeting was addressed by the president, Mr. F. G. Farrell, the secretary. Mr. G. W. Hutchison, and Mr. M. H. Wynyard, representative on the Main Highways Board, and the engineer. Mr. G. P. Robertson, all of Auckland.

The officers elected were:—President, Mr. E. R. Roskruge: advisory committee for Hamilton, Messrs. T. Atkins, W. Y. Kirkman. R. W. Kemp. N. Holden, F. E. Mason, and L. J. Mark.
