DUFF COOPER RESIGNS
LONDON, Nov. 12. His Majesty the King has accepted the resignation of Mr. Duff Cooper as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. It is understood that Mr. Duff Cooper will shortly be promoted to an important appointment abroad. The new Chancellor is Mr. Ernest Brown, formerly Minister of Health.
