TAKAPUNA PLUNKET
At their final meeting for 2943 the committee and secretary of the Takapuna sub-branch of the Plunket Society Avere congratulated by their president, Mrs. H. Matthews, on the grand effort they had all made for their highly successful bring and buy held in the grounds of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Buxton's residence. A vote of thanks to the latter was passed, and Mrs. J. Mahon, a vicepresident, presented the president with a bouquet in recognition of her valuable services.
