Russian Anti-Nazi Campaign From Cairo BROADCASTING PROGRAMMES Rec. noon. LONDON, Sept. 27. Cairo will soon "become the centre 4 of a Russian-organised campaign to stir up anti-Nazi unrest in the Balkans. The Soviet Government has been granted the use of an Egyptian broadcasting system for news broadcasts to the Balkans. Programmes will be arranged by Georgi Dimitrov, who was secretarygeneral of the Communist International until it was disbanded last May. Dimitrov is reported to have then visited Bulgaria secretly to assist his brother, Ivan Dimitrov, the Bulgar guerilla leader, in arousing opposition to the Nazis.
