Consistent scoring by E. V. Roberts gave him easy victory over W. Thompson in the Auckland onen billiards championship on Friday night, and he reached the semi-final. Roberts scored nearly 300 in breaks, of over 30, and won by 500 to 300. His best effort was 68, and other breaks were 36 The s 'championship will be completed next week, fin Monday E V.
