CENTENARY THIS YEAR

The Auckland Agricultural and Pastoral Association this year celebrates its centenary, being the first of the associations in Ivew Zealand to achieve this distinction. The 100 th annual report presented at annual meeting held yesterday stated that arrangements for the celebration of the centenary would coincide with the next show. In the meantime, owing to the continued occupation of the show grounds by the military authorities no arrangements for shows could be made The report expressed gratification at the profit of £1210 shown in the balance .sheet Mr. S.
