DEVONPORT BUS SERVICE
As the result of a petition sent to the House of Representatives and signed by 206 residents, the bus service between the Devonport wharf and Ngatarihga Road, including Hincmoa Avenue and Princes Street, Devonport, has been reinstated. Approval was given by the No. 1 Transport Licensing Authoritv, Mr. E. J. Phelan. The service was cancelled about a year ago, because of the war. Two trips will be made in the morning and two in the afternoon.
