Notice is hereby given under the provisions of the above Act that applications have been made to the Auckland City Council by the undermentioned companies for licenses to maintain private tramways as set out below. The plans of such tramways may be seen at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4.3D p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (inclusive), and any ratepayer having any objection to the granting of either of such licenses may lodge a memorial of objection at the said office. The City Council will consider tho said applications, and any objections thereto at its meeting to be held on the 14th day of OCTOBER, 1943, at 7 p.m. The applications referred to are:— (1) Application by the AUCKLAND GAS CO..
