MR. CHURCHIIiIj AND COTv. KNOX British Official Wireless Rec. 1 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 23. The Prime Minister, Mr. Churchill, was received in audience by the King at Buckingham Palace to-day shortly after His Majesty's return from Scotland. Mr. Churchill gave the King, whom he had not met since before his journey to Quebec, a full account of the conference and his subsequent meetings with President Roosevelt.

His Majesty also received in audience the United States Navy Secretary, Colonel Frank Knox, with whom he had a long talk.
