AWARD TO SCOUTMASTER

The Boy Scouts' Association Medal of Merit has been awarded to Group Scoutmaster Percy Colin McNeill, who has been scoutmaster of the Waitoa Group since 1932. The award has been approved by the Governer- , General, Sir Cyril Newall, acting in his capacity as Dominion Chief Scout. Mr. McNeill has been badge secretary for the Thames Valley district for some time, and has conducted a Rover crew for four years.
