N.Z.'S "KEEP FIT" BREAKFAST
Demands of war make all-round fitness essential. lii the home, on the land and in the Fighting Services food largely determines fitness. When you see youngsters glowing with health, bursting with vitality, keeping free from colds and 'flu, then you know that they have a wise mother who knows food values.
