DAY OF PRAYER
A special service of intercession will be held by the non-episcopal churches in the Town Hall at 9 a.m. on September 3. The service will be in response to a request by the King, as expressed by the GovernorGeneral, Sir Cyril Newall, that Friday, September 3, be observed as a day of prayer throughout the Empire.
