POTATO PIE
Ingredients.—Twelve small potatoes, 1 cup sifted flour, 1 tablespoonful melted butter, i cupful milk, bacon rashers.
Method: Cream potatoes, add the flour and mix in butter and milk. Roll out on board and place on baking dish. Make hollows with hands and fill with bacon rashers. Bake in moderate oven till light brown.
