BOXING AT NEWMARKET
The Auckland Boxing Association will open its 1943 season lor amateur boxers with a tournament at the Newmarket Municipal Town Hall next Monday evening. The participation of several overseas boxers will add greatly to the interest taken ill the carnival. Opposing the visitors will be such well-known Aucklanders as J. Jenkins, E. Black, N. Puriri and others.
