BAPTIST YOUTH CAMP
A large company attended a special gathering in the Baptist Tabernacle on Thursday evening, the occasion being a gift evening for the purpose of equipping the newly acquired youth camp in the Waitakeres. The platform was filled with gifts of crockery, cutlery and ironmongery. Some furniture, carpets and cushions were also sent. The Rev. Dr. Alexander Hodge presided, and announced that his. appeal for a piano had met with a good response, enabling the purchase of a good instrument.
