HONEY FOR PRISONERS

(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter). WELLINGTON, this day. Two-thirds of the honey crop of New Zealand was going away in parcels for prisoners of war, said Captain McCombs (Government, Lyttelton) in the House of Representatives last night, when defending the Internal Marketing Division. He did not think the people of New Zealand would say that that honey should be put on the local market instead of being sent to the men who were prisoners of war.
